“Teresa gave thoughtful consideration to my physical limitations as she conducted our session this past Friday with me and a friend who are suffering from panic attacks and anxiety issues due to family problems. Teresa used bolsters, Yoga blankets, candles and Frankincense oil during our session. We were invited to “owl glaze” into a candle, which was very soothing and helpful for relaxation. She used the Frankincense oil to massage my toes and scalp and her calming voice and words of encouragement were especially helpful.
